Information FASH Collects
When you submit a membership application or register for an event. We collect information including your name, postal mailing address, email address, and phone number when you register or apply..
When you make a payment for purchase, donation, or the membership fee. When you make a payment online via our Site, we will collect information about what you purchase, your billing and shipping addresses, and your email.
